We obtain your personal data via you personally, contracted personnel service providers, job portals and our application portal.
As part of the application process, the provision of your personal data is necessary in order to be able to make you a concrete offer.
We process your personal data for the purpose of the application process in our company.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG):
On the basis of consent (pursuant to § 26 para. 2 BDSG new version).
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Within our company, only those employees have access to your personal data who need it to fulfill their tasks and who are involved in the application process.
As part of the provision of services, we commission processors, such as IT service providers, IT infrastructure operators, personnel consultants, document shredders, etc., who contribute to the fulfilment of the mandate and obligations. These processors are contractually obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the requirements in terms of data protection.
If we wish to forward your personal data to internal Group companies, we will ask you for your consent beforehand.
A transfer may take place in the course of any intra-group data transfers for various purposes of application processing in a third country. However, this transfer is then secured by relevant and internal framework agreements in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.
It will not be transmitted to other international organisations.
Purely automated decision-making and profiling in accordance with Article 22 GDPR is not used.
Personal data will only be processed for as long as is necessary for the purpose. If the application does not lead to an employment relationship, your personal data will be deleted after two to a maximum of six months after rejection, unless you have given us consent to longer storage. We store the data after the refusal for this period, as this could be necessary to defend against legal claims.

Right to rectification of your inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Article 16 GDPR)
Right to erasure of your personal data, unless there are reasons to the contrary pursuant to Article 17 (1) a) - f) GDPR.
